So two weeks since Calls Over Wifi failed and it seems to have happened again.

Is it just me? - its been fine for two weeks - but just come home, tried all the usual resets / flight mode etc.. still won't reactive

30 minutes on hold to ee "we are experiencing very high numbers of calls"

@Leanne_T iPhones 11 and 12 between the 4 of us

broadband is with bt and working fine for everything else

Huawei P30 pro on EE broadband - has been fine for years

Our broadband was working perfectly with everything too. Still is. The removal of the signal boosters is because of the WiFi functionality but it depends on the WiFi connection whether it works or not!

Hi - I wasn't using a wifi booster, never have - but have heard the issue others have had when support was stopped.

@brianotoole @Leanne_T we have never had a booster either

The 3G signal boxes were 3G microcells, but are often referred to as boosters. They connected to EE's central network using broadband.

WiFi-calling uses wireless to connect your phone to a router, but that router will still have a broadband connection back to the core network.

Hi - is this relevant to the current problem ?

Just flicked back on again here - hope yours has too

Did your calls over Wifi go down about two weeks too? - that was the first problem

@brianotoole @It has!! No coincidence that is was down then

@brianotoole yep for the whole day then back on the next morning
