Text messages about missed calls without the phone ringing

Since I've been on EE I constantly have missed calls notification on my phone, where my phone doesn't even ring, it's driving me insane. Even when my network is showing full bars

Does this seem to happen in one particular area? Have you checked the status of your postcode on our coverage checker? It will let you know if we're aware of any problems in the area.

Hi, yes coverage checker is not showing any issues within the  ateas I am operating the phone. This happens literally in 100's of different area's, it is so frustrating.

How often would you say it happens? On what percentage of calls, roughly?

Does your phone show VoLTE/4G-calling when this happens?

Hi, I would say roughly 50% of the time

I suspect that's at least part of the problem. Toggling flight mode to see if it restores, would be an interesting test.

Di you ever resolve this as I’m having exactly the same problem. Very frustrating.
