I have the same issue. I arrived in the US on the 16th July and purchased roaming on the 13th July.
I have tried all the options that you have recommended to Maestro but still have issues. I
I scan for the best network available which are AT&T, T Mobil, Verizon, 313100 and 311490. I selected all and still shows no network register.
I am so annoyed!!

The purchase you refer to is a billing add-on, which reduces the cost of roaming.
What you have very likely missed is enabling roaming, preventing your phone from connecting to foreign networks and causing the symptoms you describe. This is normally done by texting ROAMING to 150 before leaving the UK.
If you did not do this, your only recourse now is to contact EE CS by another means, to request roaming is manually enabled.

I have done all the above recommendations also, My son contacted EE 150 and added me to the call.
Still have ISSUES.

Good morning @hengi14.
What was advised on the call to our technical care team?
Are you aware if they confirmed if you have roaming active?
Speak soon,
Katie

Yes it was aciveted.
I was informed that there is no network at this location, which is extremely disappointing.
The gentleman who I spoke with was absolutely nice, but the EE network is guessing a big issue because I can't call or receive any important messages from my bank.
I'm so upset.

I am sorry to hear this @hengi14.
Please keep your phone switched on and if you arrive to an area where there is network this should connect immediately for you.
