I have also had this problem, landed in new York yesterday after adding the roaming option the day before the flight, it worked fine in new York, then caught the connection flight to Canada and the signal is literally none existant, if I reboot the signal works for less then a minute then it's gone again.

 

PLEASE HELP URGENTLY!

Hey I have had this issue for 2 days now and EE have not found a resolution or contacted me to assist when they said that they would. I would suggest that if you need it sorted urgently to get another sim card. This seems to be a system issue that extends across the world. I am in iceland and have been without internet for days.

No staff member is speaking to me. They reply on the forum that they are but I'm getting nothing. I have tried that yes about 50 times.
