Phone won’t connect to a network in the USA

My phone is on sos network in USA I've paid for roaming and still not working. Turned phone on and off too still nothing. I can't either add a network manually

Please help

Did you activate roaming by texting ROAMING to 150 or by giving us a call?

Purchasing the roaming add-on does not automatically activate this service for you.
