first time here. I have the exact same problem as the topic above. It’s not the first time EE. Can fix my problem or do you I need to do to fix it?

Are you on pay as you go or contract?
If on contract did you make sure that roaming is enabled on your account?
It might help if you were to let us know what problems you are having, I cannot see what the problem is you are having, also where abroad are you?
