Same again my phone got blocked when I switched it on at around 21:50..
I was informed that I would receive a new SIM card. I still have not get it!

Then I get a message then it has been blocked but I cannot make calls or send you a message. What is going on?

I can’t as I am in hospital,! I don’t upgrade! I might even leave EE when The renewal is due, this the second this has happened, terranle service!

When i switched it on, it immediately told me my phone had blocked. I have made to attempts to reconnect, and now only have chance left.

Hi @HennyP,
What is telling you your phone is blocked? Are you entering an incorrect lock screen passcode?
What type of phone are you using?

No, because it uses my face recognition, not a code.
And it the SIM that is blocked, not the phone.

Hi @HennyP,
Where are you seeing that your SIM has been blocked? Are you being asked for a SIM PIN, or perhaps a PUK code?
