No service when abroad

No , because i was in may in Latvia , and don't need nothing send and
everything was fine

No i will just change network if from me will be taken charge 2.29 per day
for nothing ...

The charge of £2.29 per day will not be taken for nothing but only for something, namely only on the days that you use your UK allowances in EU. So if you can't use them there you will not be charged anything.
