Re: No Caller ID

Since changing from pay as you go to a change tract a couple of weeks ago all my incoming calls have started showing as “no caller Id” even though I know some of the callers have not blocked their number.

how do I put this back to be able to see who is calling?

Thanks for checking that, as it's all up to date we can discount that as being an issue. 

 

It may just be that we need to do a something called a network refresh to fix this. To do that please follow the below instruction:

 

Step 1. Tap the Settings app on your iPhone.

Step 2. Tap General.

Step 3. Scroll down to find Reset and tap it.

Step 4. In the new window, select Reset Networking Settings and confirm the action.

 

Once you have followed these steps you will need to re-enter any WiFi passwords you have saved. Please let me know if this helps.

Hi - I’ve tried the reset but it still isn’t working - I still see No Caller Id when someone calls.
