I have a standard, contract, consumer plan.
Has everyone now been enrolled onto Business caller id?
I was previously on the trial service, which then ended, and I haven't noticed a text saying I'd been enrolled in the current service yet. I receive few calls, so haven't really checked so far.
Also I can't see any chat options left on website/app? Has chat been removed for such queries? That's a real shame as I far prefer the asynchronous nature since I can ask/respond concurrently with other activities rather than having to take a slice out of my day

Welcome to the community.
If you have had it activated on your account previously, it should still be working. You need to have 4G calling (VoLTE) enabled on your device. Could you check your settings to see if it's active?

If you can use mobile data whilst on a voice call, you're using VoLTE
