How to remove the Business Caller ID feature?

Hi there, EE automatically applied the above feature to my phone but I'd like it removed. Any idea how I do this? Don't really want to call up and wait in a queue to get it sorted ideally 🙂

There is no access to individual accounts on this forum. I have no idea whether CS are able to remove this feature on an individual basis.
