Do callers to my mobile get charged any extra when calling me while I’m abroad?

A caller will only ever pay the prevailing charge for the number they have called - if it's a UK mobile they have dialled, it's a UK mobile they will be charged for.

It is the end user who is roaming and thus responsible for the incoming international leg of received calls.
