I am having this problem too. Only recently started happening. Get a voicemail message but nothing in missed calls or mobile ringing. This has to be a technical issue on the EE side.

Its definetly different numbers. Noticed it mostly at home. Am not using wifi calling or call forwarding.
Badically just getva text message saying I have a voicemail message from xxx but nothing in missed calls to indicate I had a call.

Is there any reason for not using WiFi-calling when it's available?

VoWiFi uses the same WB-AMR radio codecs & core network as VoLTE meaning call quality should be identical.

Hi @B-M-C
Thanks for coming back to me.
Could you check the status of the network in your area, if you enter your postcode into our coverage checker and hit 'check status'?
This will show you if we have any problems reported in the area.
Leanne.

There are no known problems in the area, however, the coverage says, You won't get 4G coverage on your Samsung Galaxy A10, which is frustrating as I was previously with Plusnet, and their coverage does work for my device. Sadly Plusnet are no longer offering mobile services which is why they have switched me over to EE.

This would suggest you're in an area primarily served by the Band-20 800Mhz service, for which VoLTE (4G-calling) is a requirement.
Some phones were not flagged as VoLTE-compatible based on their earlier software releases.
