I am also getting this message for the last two months but I am at home most of the week?????

I am also getting calls from people saying “you just called” me and I have not and nothing to show that I have.

What is going on EE?

Hi @Squitch

If you have low data remaining the text you are receiving seems to be correct. 

I would recommend giving us a call so our technical care team can look into your data usage further. 

Please be sure to keep us updated.

Does the message state you have used all of your data?

Hi Katie,

I am on a Sim only contract.

when I look at me account, it states my Daughter and I have 1GB left on a 25GB contract, it was only renewed a few days ago.

No new installed Apps, it started doing this after the last Apple update, is that the problem?

Any help would be greatly appreciated

Is the message advising you have reached a certain percentage of your data?

If this is happening every month I don't believe it would be caused by the last Apple update. 

Are you constantly connected to your home WiFi?

Hi Katie,

the message stats we both have used 80% data. My daughter and I have done the update and we now get this, my wife has not done the update and does not get this message.

We are all connected to our WiFi. My wife and I always work from home.
