I am sorry, we have no account access on the community to arrange this for you. If you live near an EE Store, and you are the account holder, you can call in and get a replacement SIM card. You would need to take a valid photo ID, such as a passport or UK photocard driving license.
Alternatively, you can get in touch with our team from a working phone; they will be able to look into your order further for you.

Hi Katie Good morning. I need help urgently. My simcard and my wife sim are no longer working as it has been switched from Tesco to EE since 2 days ago. Until now I didn’t receive the EE simcard that I ordered. Can you please check and help me as I can no longer call from my phone. No more network. Thanks
