Hello Katie. Please contact EE customer service and inform them to send my order of two EE Simcards. I have no networth now. I cannot call, I cannot receive calls.

I am sorry, we have no account access on the community to arrange this for you. If you live near an EE Store, and you are the account holder, you can call in and get a replacement SIM card. You would need to take a valid photo ID, such as a passport or UK photocard driving license.
Alternatively, you can get in touch with our team from a working phone; they will be able to look into your order further for you.
