Hi
I am trying to set up conditional forwarding so I can forward my calls if I can’t answer, to a landline number, I tried 150 today for business support but ended up with an operator who insisted I had to be beside the number that I was forwarding too, I tried to say that was not possible then he shunted me off to apple support so less than enamoured with EE customer support, I tried phoning back tonight but the said there were closed at 19:35 even though advertise to be open until 20:00 which didn’t help.
I have exhausted all my options, VM OFF to 150, ##002# and all the MMI *61* codes to either divert or cancel the divert that I can find online. The only outcome is that after 15 seconds my unanswered call goes to EE voicemail even though I cancelled voicemail and have notification that my diverts have been successfully accepted.
It mentions online that I may need a network refresh from EE would this help or do I complete a network reset on the iPhone and lose all my WiFi passwords etc?
thanks in advance.

Putting aside gremlins & foibles with EE's implementation of the auto-divert, I've always had success with the codes on https://www.geckobeach.com/cellular/secrets/gsmcodes.php
If you're trying to set a "divert on no answer" to a landline number, I think it will need to kick in at the time-interval below that of the autodivert. The voicemail autodivert is 20seconds, so I'd experiment with setting your personal divert at 15seconds.
Leave the "divert on unreachable" and "divert on busy" as you see fit.

Thank you,
I called 150 this morning and still nothing, they ended up putting me back through to apple again….
The settings you sent just don't work on my device. I asked for a network refresh and received a text saying turn my phone off and on again but still nothing, I specifically asked to have my VM turned off but they cant even do that.
Not good.
Thank you anyway the spreadsheet is very informative

I'm not surprised by CS' actions there, this is one of the few scenarios I'm not sure what they can do beyond advising on what some would consider the basics.
In what way do the settings I sent "just don't work"? What specifically happens when you either enter them, or use your phone's menu system to achieve the same end?
IMO, the network refresh will serve to reinstate the automatic divert, you need to be testing around that as per my previous post.
