This can take up to one month, however, it may take a further two months if your request is complicated or you send us a lot of requests at once.

@Khadij : You need to be already paying for Itemised Billing @ £2.50 pm to see all your outgoing calls & texts. It is not retrospective. If you're not, you can only look in your phone's Call Log.

Welcome to the Community, @Reggy2 

As has been discussed earlier in this thread, we don't itemise all calls made on your account by default, only the ones that have been charged outside of your normal allowances.

Whilst we do offer the option for full itemisation, as the others have mentioned this is chargeable, and can't be applied to calls retrospectively. 

For anything outside of this we would recommend checking your call logs.
