My calls are not working. The phone is saying I am entering wrong number

The best way to help is by knowing the extent of the problem you're facing- 

Are you getting an error message when you call every different number, or is it only when you call 1 particular number? 

Are you able to call 150 from your line? 

Is there any change if you restart your phone?
