Hi @Dobrzycki1980,
Welcome to the EE Community. 🙂
If you pay for itemised billing, you can view your call history in the bills and payments tab of the My EE app.
If not, please refer to your phone's dialler app.
Thanks
James

Hi @Gullet
There's 3 ways you can do this..
1: If you have chargeable itemised billing on your account, then view your bills online
2: View your phone's call log
3: Request a copy of all your personal data using a Subject Access Request - this can take upto a month.

@Gullet : Look in your phone's Call Log. You needed to pay for Itemised Billing @ £2.50 pm to see all your outgoing calls & texts. It is not retrospective.
You could perhaps submit a Subject Access Request (SAR) by using the online GDPR Form. That should include outgoing calls & texts. It could take up to 2 months.

If I don’t pay for itemised billing can I still request the data I want through the online GDPR Form and get my call history?
Thanks

@Tashab96 : Yes. You could submit a Subject Access Request (SAR) by using the online GDPR Form. That should include outgoing calls & texts. It normally takes up to a month but could take up to 3 months.

Hi - thank you for confirming. Do you know if it included times the calls were made? Will they send it via email?

Hi Leanne,
I have submitted the form last week. Does it really take one month to receive?
Thanks ☺️
