Hi @Avram23,

Pay as you go accounts have roaming activated by default.

Is this a brand new SIM card?

James

Hello, several months ago i've been in Romania on holiday and everything was allright, i could use my sim card. Now i,m again in Romania and i cant call, or receive calls, even messages. The fact is that i have credit on my sim, all the settings seams to be correct on my phone but i cant use the sim card

No, it is a sim card that i previously used in România and it worked. Now i cant receive nothing on it

Hi @Avram23,

When was the last time you used your SIM?

Could your account be in hibernation?

James

I dont think so because i spoke on this number 3 days ago and today i’ve top-up 10 pounds and it worked

Hi @Avram23,

Have you tried restarting your phone since you arrived in Romania?

Have you tried selecting a different network manually?

iPhone Settings > Mobile Data > Network Selection > Turn off Automatic

Android Settings > More Networks > Mobile Networks > Network Operators > Tap OK

James

@Avram23 : How long is several months ago? When did you last use it for a chargeable action? EE PAYG SIMs are deactivated after 6 months of non-use. You then have a further 3 months to call EE to reactivate it before it is lost completely.

You needed to make a chargeable action like making a chargeable call or text, topping up or buying a Pack or Add-on, not just using your mins, texts or data from your pack.

If you think I helped please feel free to hit the "Thumbs Up" button below.
