Thanks for coming back to me @Davrob
If you could still try the SIM in another phone this would be really helpful to see what could be causing this for you.
If this is not possible, please call us on 150 and the team can check everything at our end for you to see what they can suggest 🙂

The post you'd added to was almost 5 years old, so your question has been moved to a dedicated thread.
With that in mind, can you explain the issue you're having with your EE service? Provide as much detail by a reply, as you feel would be useful.

I have a pay as you go on ee Doro 2404 phone. For the last few weeks I can’t receive any calls. I can make calls but when people ring my number it says that I am not available . I have switched my phone in and off, I have reset the network and also removed the battery but no joy

When were last able to receive a call? And are the calls you're making, chargeable? Or are they part of a bundle or pack? These questions are to try to rule PAYG hibernation in or out.
Calls diverting to voicemail rather than ringing on a phone, are usually caused by either an unconditional "divert all calls" or a "do not disturb" having been set. I have some doubts a Doro will have the DND option, though.

I think around the beginning of February. I have a bundle where I pay a monthly amount. I wouldn’t know how to set up call divert unless I did it by accident

Morning @Davrob
Thanks for coming to the community.
Can you receive texts? Are you able to try your SIM card in another phone and ask someone to call you?
This will help us to know if the problem could be with the SIM card or if you get calls coming through this would be the phone.
Leanne 🙂
