I’m having the same problem. When I press 3 during or at the end of listening to the message it ignores it. To test I also tried pressing 2 to keep but it’s obviously ignoring all key presses. I’m in Portugal but it’s been working fine for years up until now. I’m now building up a list of voicemails that I cannot delete and when I do want to listen again to a particular voicemail I have to listen through all of the old ones again and again and again. It’s absolutely useless. EE need to pull their finger out and sort this. Just asking have I tried leaving myself a voicemail just adds to the long list I already have.

@Abline  Have you spoken to customer services about this as it’s obviously not a wide spread issue so they need to know who has this issue so it can be looked into.

And the post you’ve commented on it about turning off voicemail not deleting voicemails.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

The post I was responding to was Cannot delete an EE voicemail which is my problem. How can I call customer services to get this sorted from Portugal without spending a fortune? I’m now getting stacks of messages that I cannot delete and have to keep listening to repeatedly. the only key that works is the hash key to call back the number leaving by the voice mail. My keypad is working fine as I’m entering confirmation codes to log in to this community forum which included 3s
