Hiya, i’m in the USA now having the same issue - altho my phone isn’t connecting at all & just says SOS at top by battery - i can only use it on wifi, i paid for roaming whilst still in UK & didnt even receive the usual EE texts when switched phobe on after landing here. Did you get any help resolving….? x

Are you able to manually search for available networks in your device settings and see if any connect?
If this does not work, did you text ROAMING to 150 before travelling?

Hiya, I arrived in the USA yesterday & despite adding the £15 roaming package whilst still in UK, my phone wont connect at all & just says SOS at top by battery display. I didn’t even get the usual EE texts when I switched my phone on after landing - aside from having to make a really expensive phone call to EE from my friend’s phone, can anyone offer any advice?? (I can connect to wifi but thats it) Cheers

Hi, I have tried to manually connect to other Networks but nothing happens (AT & T, TMobile, Verizon) & I added the £15 roaming package whilst still in UK. I have tried sending Roaming to 150 but texts wont send, I didnt even get the usual EE welcome texts when i switched phone on after landing & my time didnt update until i got onto wifi. I’m baffled

It does sound like Roaming is not activated on your account, adding the roaming pass would not activate roaming as well.
