Hello
I cant get through on 150 or any of the other customer service numbers. I've tried the text service ànd it does work either.
I'm living in Spain and last months switched to pay asbyou go. I need to contact the customer service. Is the an email or another way to reach them please, thanks, Margaret

Had you already left the UK when you made the switch to pay as you go?

@SKEPTA : It takes 30 days to cancel a contract & before it is moved to PAYG. Did you use that PAYG SIM for making calls or texts in UK before you left to go abroad? EE PAYG SIMs need 1st activating on EE's home UK network before they can be used abroad. If it wasn't you can't now use it until you return to UK.
