I have the same problem. We will be going abroad tomorrow, trying to set up roaming in the EU for two phones. EE web site was working but then it stopped with just "BLOCKED" which wasn't helpful as has been commented above. I tried different browsers the same thing displayed. I went on another laptop to log in and the same thing happened. Sorry if I don't have time on this forum as will have to prepare packing.

Are the phones on a pay monthly account? 

Can you try clearing cookies and cache and open a new web browser, can you access your account?

There is no option to enable roaming via your online account. Text ROAMING to 150 from your pay-monthly phones to achieve the same. For a PAYG phone, make sure it is used in the UK before travelling abroad, for automatic activation.

If you are now abroad without having enabled roaming, your only option for pay-monthly will be to contact CS from another means - either +44 7953 966150 from another working phone, or +44 800 0798586 from a web-calling app such as Skype.
