My employer uses Citrix software to connect when working remotely - ie login to Citrix, start a desktop session. I then login and am sent a one-off login code via SMS.
I was able to login on Saturday, but am unable to login today - as I am no longer receiving the SMS message holding the login code. My employer has checked his software and sees the SMS code being sent to me correctly - they are possibly seeing a timeout error from the SMS gateway ?
What can I do to help resolve this ? My employer is stating it is an EE issue...
