@KamilR : Did you receive a msg upon arrival telling you about the charges for roaming in EU on PAYG? Did you buy 1 of the "Roam Like Home" add-ons to be able to use your UK pack allowances there?

I cannot buy anything at the moment, when I send for example Balance to 150 nothing happens, I can give a call from my UK number but I cannot buy a pack (and I need to do it) I don't want to pay 30p/70p per min, it's no point.

Yes, I always received that type of messages: hello you're in Poland etc.
And I don't buy anything because I can't use 150 messages - I don't receive from that number, nothing happens if I send for example Balance AL etc.

Hi @KamilR.
We have no account access here on the community so I would not be able to check your account.
Are you able to make and receive calls OK?
Did you use your SIM OK in the UK before leaving abroad?

Yes I can but I want to buy a pack (minutes) so I will not pay a lot of money for a 30 min conversation.
Can someone help me with this?

Did you reply to that msg offering you the the "Roam Like Home" add-ons? If so, what did you reply?
