I received a call claiming to be from EE. They said my sim card would stop working in a couple of days as EE needed to change it and I needed to give her my email address to confirm my identity - she said this was to change from 4G to 5G. I said EE already have my email address and I would suggest she was a scammer - and I intended to hang up - she did that first! Beware - or will my phone cease working shortly? Hmmm...

Hi @Pezza57 You did the right thing by not giving the caller any of your details, it does sound like it was a scam call.
I'd recommend reporting the call so that our phishing team can get this investigated.
