Hi,

I am trying to enter a competion but it wont let me send the text to the 84xxx number.  I have increased my cap, turned it off completly but the text never goes anywhere.  I have powered the phone on and off multiple time, waited 24 hours in case it took time to go through but nothing is happening.

This is on Pixel6a

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

Welcome to the community,

You need to switch off content lock off, if on contract you can do this yourself by clicking on the icon at the top right of The EE App and then click on settings and scroll down to parental control and change it there.

If on pay as you go, you will have to ring customer service and pay a refundable amount to get this changed.

Hi @Schockwave ,

 

When I do that the option I see is Parental controls and that is set to Adult (18+).  I cant see anything regarding the content.  I think its just not meant to be 😞
