Port In - No Incoming Text Messages Iphone user

Hi 

I'm a iphone user and have ported in my lyca mobile to EE on 18th Oct 2021. Since then I'm not able to receive incoming text messages from majority of the other numbers. Only receiving text messages from credit card and bank. But not able to receive self messages or messages from friends or response messages from 150. I've checked centre number, changed handset and almost everything.  It just happened after port in. 

Can anyone assist here?

I'd recommend getting in touch with our Customer Care team about this.

They will be able to check your account and make sure that the port has fully completed.
