Good morning, I got a message today from EE, saying that I removed a 50 minute call. I have not removed anything, there must be some mistake, for this reason I would like to thank you for restoring all the services I have been entitled to since the first day of my contract with EE, xxxxxx xxxxxxxx

@Diogosara18 all your contract entitles you to is minutes for your calls text message allowance and the data allowance that your tariff allows. That’s your tariff and everything is a service provided by EE. If you need to discuss this further you need to call customer services.
