Phone service abroad

I set up roaming before I left UK. Am in US and I have no phone service

@Nancyjgv   So just to check you text ROAM to 150 or you called customer service and requested that roaming be enabled on your account ?   If you did that have you tried just restarting your device? 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
I did both those things. Also got a message from EE 2 days ago to say it was set up. Thank you for your reply.

Have you manually tried searching for another network to see if you can connect and have signal showing?
