Sports on Discovery Plus

I've been in touch with EE twice this week and after over an hour each time I still can't watch any live sports on Discovery Plus. I am signed up for Discovery Plus and EE have apparently set it up, yet it still doesn't work. So Frustrating

EE app pair with Bt hub 2
