I lost my phine last week I had it switched off and had an over due bill .....I got my phone back and paid the bill .......I've tried since wensday to get my phone bk on ....even 5 hours on chat on Saturday....they told me to switch phone off to see if it worked ..I'm. Ow locked out the app because its asking for text confirmation I and get text because Its saying not register to network ....the service fromm ee has been terrible.....I can't text or phone them or get in the app how do I get my phone back on. 5 days multiple chats over 10 hours still nothing
