I have a roam abroad package but my phone isn't working

@Jacqui1980 Have you enable roaming and Call abroad and premium numbers from within your online account. Your add will not enable roaming it only allows you to use your allowances within certain areas outside of the UK.

To add to @Chris_B comments if you're in the North then you will be connecting to Turkey which outside the EU.
