Phone not working in Australia

Have been visoting Austrai for 20 years and pbones have always been fine.

Have paid for roam further but not phone access, or intdrnational calls nor any wecome to aus.

Dont have any access to complain

Wifi son in uk but ee would not do anything for him

Yes that is where i started, cannot contact ee to get anywhere, chat on web account via wifi goes around until told to ring which i cannot do as phone not working.

Are you aware if you have third party access on your account?

Have used the chat on several occasions since last week and about an hour ago
Dont know anything about third party avcess

My apologies, I should have explained further. 

The reason I ask is should you be selecting the message us option when our live chat teams aren't available this will not connect you. 

Third party access on your EE account would allow another person to ring EE on your behalf. 

I can see @bristolian has mentioned calling via Skype to speak with our customer service team, would this be an option for you?

Hi @Pwilliams10. 

You would need to be connected to WiFi when trying to make a call over a third party app. 

Are you able to try download Skype?

Have you tried the Message Us option again in the app under Help?

The message us in the app is not geared up to help my situation and it only enfd up telling me to ring , which is what i cannot do

Havnt used skype for years, but adding number into whats I could not ring out as phone not working .

Hi @Pwilliams10. 

If you are connected to WiFi you should be able to use apps such as Skype and WhatsApp as these don't use a mobile network to call.
