Phone connection issues Portugal

Hi I’m in Portugal and my phone has stopped working I can’t use my txts calls or internet could you help to get my phone back so I can call family I have checked my data allowance & I still have over 72 gig of data left I have an unlimited txts and calls within on my account

Hi @Bradders101,

Do you have phone signal currently? What does it show in terms of a mobile connection?

Have you tried manually selecting a mobile network in your phone settings? If not, what phone do you have so I can send you a guide?
