I'm still waiting for Customer Service to come back to me so in the meantime I thought I'd see if someone in The Community knows what my issue is.
I'm currently in the UAE, I have Roaming and a Travel Data Pass, all was fine until yesterday when I was expecting a call from the UK and never received it. Turns out the person calling me was getting the message that my phone was temporarily unavailable. I don't know how this is possible when the day before and even last week I was receiving calls. I note this morning, however, that my data allowance for the month included in my contract has run out, would this have an impact or have I been blocked? It's rather annoying as I need to be contactable.

I had the same problem! In Thailand and the bank couldn't call me. Brilliant - added £5 to the cap! Many thanks for helping Vicki and now me.
