Have you tried restarting the phone? If it still isn't working after that, could you check your postcode on our network status checker to see if we're aware of any issues in your area please?
It’s now working after three off/on attempts. I’m on pay monthly. It received texts but half an hour or more after they were sent. That was my first indication of a problem - receiving codes from my bank for online payments took ages to arrive. I couldn’t receive or make calls. Dialling out resulted in nothing at all and when I asked someone to check by ringing me they got permanently engaged. I have no idea how or why it happened. I do live in a very rural area so am used to a patchy signal but have never experienced this before. Sacha
