Morning All! I've received this odd text from EE, any idea what session it is on about? I haven't started any sessions with them as far as I'm aware:
"We're sorry, your session has expired as it's been over two hours. To start again, please reply with the topic you'd like to talk about, for example ROAMING. Thanks.'

That sounds like someone has started a help-session using the 150-text service, but stopped partway through.

Thanks, just realised that there was a reply to an automated bill text from EE, I must have tapped an auto 'Okay' reply whilst half asleep this morning <insert facepalm>.
