I recently switched to an esim on my Samsung S25 Ultra. Ever since doing this I no longer get a notification telling me that I have a voicemail waiting. How do I get this back?

@Jammy456  Dial your voicemail by press down on the 1 key on your dial keypad and check your settings.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

The standard VM notifications should always be pushed by default, but in the first instance dial your voicemail and follow the "settings & features" menu option to check everything that should be on, is.

If that doesn't resolve, and you can correlate this with the change of SIM, then you should report this to CS on 150.

Thanks both, I went into settings & features and it confirmed I had notifications & enhanced alerts on which I suppose is correct because I get text message notifications with all the voicemail details, its just I don't get a push notification from my phones 'phone' app when I get a voicemail like i used to

This has been solved by EE support, they pushed new network settings to my phone which disconnected & reconnected me to the network and it now shows whenever I have a voicemail waiting
