I've got my BT PAC code, I've got my new EE SIM card in my phone and activated with the number it came with. I registered for myEE, I've put my PAC code in the EE online form https://myaccount.ee.co.uk/keeping-your-number/ and entered my old number etc but it keeps throwing me an error message saying the PAC code is not in the correct format (ABC123456) but the number I entered is definitely in that format (3-letters followed by 6-numbers)!!! I've tried copy and pasting the PAC code from BT as well as typing it in manually to no avail... What's going on?

Hi @gavla80
Welcome to the community. 🙂
You shouldn't have to use a PAC, it should be set up to automatically port from BT to EE the next working day after registering the EE SIM.

Let us know what happens please, @gavla80. It's usually done quite quickly during the day, but it can take up until midnight.

I have experienced exactly the same problem as @gavla80 so it might be worth checking that your transfer form hasn’t got an error

Hi @Helen205,
Welcome to the EE Community. 🙂
How did you arrange your move to EE? Did you go through it with a member of the BT Team?
If you did, they will have already set up your number transfer for you.
