Hello I have an issue. I am trying to call EE for help and I'm pressing 1 or 2 to transfer to an agent but it won't work. I'm not sure if the number pad id not working to call EE. I have switched my phone on and off and experiencing the same issue. Pls address

I have just called 150 and tested this and can get through to an agent.
What happens when you press option one or two?

Presumably this issue occurs on any call to an IVR where "press x or press y" is a requirement?
