Can't text 150 to activate roaming because thephone wont work and the my ee app is down the technical support!!
Surely there's another way i can do this? I've tried following the below steps on yhr my ee website but can't find 'menu'
MyEE account online & go to Menu > Account Settings > Parental and Data Controls > Roaming Abroad and also Call Abroad and Premium Rate. They will show as ticked if roaming and calling abroad is activated. If they are not ticked, can you activate these settings?

I called the CS freephoone number and apparently, I'm already set up for using my phone abroad so I don't understand what the problem could be.

3 possibilities here
1: You have added a billing add-on, but not international roaming to use foreign networks.
2: You have EU-specific roaming and are outside the EU.
Only CS can resolve the above two.
3: Roaming is enabled, but there's a problem with the specific local network you're using. Toggle flight mode and/or manually select an alternative local operator.

@Rhysjones_1 : You need to call CS to get your roaming activated. Try calling CS on the Freephone no. in my sig. on Skype over WiFi. It should be free.
