Not registered on this network in Boston USa

I've arrived in Boston USA and cannot make calls and only occasionally get any data 

I have data roaming and it's activated

All worked in Dublin on the way over

I didn't get the standard text when arriving in Boston welcoming me to USA and confirming roaming 

I've recently returned from touring Europe with no problems

I've direct messaged ee on twitter with no response 

I've seen other posts suggesting checking roaming activated, done that, and checked set up for international calls, not sure how to do that but it's been working OK in Europe with this current contract 

 

Any help appreciated and any way people know to contact ee without phoning appreciated .

Now resolved. I used a Skype call on my tablet and 55 minutes later a very helpful customer service lady had both of our phones working. If anyone gets this problem it's no good skyping on your phone as several times we needed to reboot the phones. I never did get a response from EE to my direct message on twitter.

@Paulby : Did you activate international roaming on your EE a/c (not your phone) before you left UK by texting ROAMING to 150? You may have only had roaming activated for the EU (ROAMEU) before.
