Hey @whyphonewhy, I'm glad to hear you managed to get in touch with our team to query this.
Out of interest, who is your broadband provider, and do you know if other phones on the same network are also affected?

Hi, sorry to hear you are still having issue. I’m not sure what happened but after two days of no wifi calling we woke to having it again. I never spoke with EE. All devices were having issues 3 iPhones, 1 Samsung and 2 iPads. It’s strange to say l the least but it’s still working thankfully.

Hi, our internet provider is Starlink. All of our EE devices were having an issue but friends of ours on a different network were able to use wifi calling via our internet.

Hi
There now appears to be a general problem with Starlink and wifi calling for EE. No known solution for it, but rebooting the Starlink through the app seems to briefly help. More info / discussion on the Starlink UK Facebook page.

I have the same problem - WiFi calling with Starlink is intermittent. Starlink acknowledges the problem and I have received the following message from their support people. However I’m not sure how to reach the right people in EE. Do they monitor this forum?
Starlink’s reply to my query:
As a further update, we are actively working on outreach to mobile providers on this issue. If you are having trouble using Starlink with a specific provider, please send the following to their support center:
"Dear Wi-Fi Calling Provider. I experienced recent issues making WiFi calls that is being IP restricted on Starlink internet. I was provided the following information to relay to you to help resolve this: Starlink is a new global Internet Service Provider and our 1Pv4/1Pv6 address space is continuously expanding. Per RFC 8805, Starlink's Self-Published IP Geolocation Feeds can be found at the following link for machine consumption: https:/ / geoip.starlinkisp.net/ feed.csv. This is currently being ingested at a regular schedule with major geolocation providers. If you maintain a local geolocation database, we request that you update your geolocation records per the self-published feed or utilize the major geolocation providers."
Please reach out with any additional questions you may have.
Thank you

Apologies for repetition - I have posted this same reply on another similar thread. I have the same problem - WiFi calling with Starlink is intermittent. Same here - WiFi calling worked with Starlink for a couple of years then dropped for no apparent reason mid-last week.
Followed up here and on Reddit; spoke to EE who reckoned their settings were all in order, and rebooted Starlink yesterday. Put a Starlink ticket in, but nothing since the initial message confirming I hadn’t changed the config or whatever.
Nothing changed at the time of the reboot, but this morning it seems to have reappeared and is currently working.

Hi there,
I am also experiencing exactly this issue.
Opened a ticket with starlink and after a few days it all came back on. Lovely. Or so i thought. It dropped out again yesterday and still hasn't returned. Its all been fine for 9 months. Luckily i have a vodafone dongle, so as soon as i switch to that, wifi calling symbol appears , and i get answerphone messages!!
I would guess its either starlink or an ee starlink communication.

I had a conversation with an EE tech support guy yesterday, in the course of which he mentioned that EE guarantees WiFi calling. So if this is true, it means I can leave and move to another provider who doesn’t have this problem. If things don’t get better very soon, I’ll test this out…

@FatRascal73 have you tried restarting the router ? Switch it off for 30+ seconds before you power it up again.
