No WiFi Calling?

Has Wi-Fi calling stopped working for anyone else today 27/08/2025

Not using Starlink, on standard BT broadband.

All our EE mobile phones have lost Wi-Fi calling together 

Rebooted and still not working

Thank god I have seen this as thought I was going mad. Exactly the same, with BT and no issues and broadband working fine, everything else on my phone working and can get online but wifi calling is not working. A massive pain as have no signal where I live and rely on the wifi calling aspect.  Done everything, turned wifi calling on and off, put onto airplane mode and off and phone on and off and nothing.  So stressed with it all.

Just to add to @Chris_B's questions, is your phone showing as connected to wifi calling, but you're unable to use it?

Do you get any error messages at all when you try to use it?

I have the same issue and have done what you said and no difference, the wifi calling feature is not working.  It did this last month and it than transpired there was a network issue with several suppliers.  Is there an EE problem again ?

@Chris_B Yeah tried the basic troubleshooting and it is still an issue ☹️

I have the same issue, done wifi calling feature on and off, phone turned on and off, router rebooted and put into airplane mode and nothing is making the wifi calling work.

It says this "mobile network isnt available,  connect to a wireless network to make a call".

I rely on wifi calling as have no phone signal where I live at all, everything else is working and can get online etc, it is purely the wifi calling.

It is driving me demented as well please can somebody sort it. Clearly an EE issue

Thanks for the reply, there is no Wi-Fi calling showing at all on the iPhones in our house.

WiFi calling must have stopped working sometime overnight / this morning.

There are no error messages, have tried putting the phones into flight mode (leaving the WiFi connection active) which usually prompts WiFi Calling to connect. Unfortunately not working.

Phones rebooted, Router Rebooted.

Are you able to connect any other devices to your WIFI router, such as a P.C or laptop?

@Chris_S  - Yep sure am, everything in the house is connected to the WiFi and working great 🙂

This is a bigger issue than just @FatRascal73. Mine also down and completely cut off. Have turned phone and router off and on again to no avail. Please help.
