Im currently on a trip to the ROI, whilst I was here, my phone updated to IOS26 and it has caused a whole host of issues. I can receive calls, send messages and use my data as usual however, when i try to make a call, i get a voice that says your service does not allow access to this number. I have tried everything online however, nothing has worked. The issue is as well, if i try to call 150, I cant and if i try to send them a message the send fails. Is there anyway anyone can help?

When calling a UK number, please try using the International format 0044 / +44 to see if that allows calls to go through.
You can try a manual network settings reset too: Settings app, tap General, then Transfer or Reset iPhone, tap Reset, and finally select Reset Network Settings.
It may be worth trying a manual network search and flick to another operator- open the Settings app, tap Cellular (or Mobile Data), then select Network Selection. Turn the Automatic toggle OFF, and then select your desired network from the list of available carriers.
