Recently been to Greece. On arrival on my 3 family phones I selected the 12 Day roaming pass after EE texted. However just recieved my bill and have been charged the daily rate. Phoned customer services who said that the three passes hadn't been purchased and they were unwilling refund the difference.
Very poor customer service. Any suggestions on my next steps? Relatively small amount of money difference, but it's the pricipal that counts for me. I purchased 3 of these on arrival and they should honour that despite whatever techy issue meant that they haven't been applied to my account.

Oh, sorry, I was confused by you buying 3 passes at once. I overlooked they were for 3 phones.
You can make a formal complaint to EE & if you don't get satisfaction after 8 weeks or come to a deadlock you can take it to EE's ADR provider. See Complaints code of practice and here is the Complaints Form .
